Kaye joined Battrick Clark over 20 years ago, having worked for several local firms before joining us.

Kaye specialises in all areas of residential property matters such as: buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties, right to buy (council house purchases), auction properties, help-to-buy schemes, lifetime ISA’s, transfers of part, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and lease extensions.

Kaye has built long standing relationships with her clients, acting for them on many occasions. She is forward-thinking and progressive in her approach and that is why her clients keep returning.

In her personal life, Kaye enjoys cooking a variety of different worldly dishes, being known to create banquets on most evenings. Kaye also enjoys her hobby of classic cars  and reading.
