Claudia joined Battrick Clark’s Property Team in June 2024 after graduating from the University of Law in Bristol with a 1^st class Law degree.

Claudia can assist in all areas of residential property matters such as: buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties, Right to Buy (council house purchases), auction sales and purchases, Help to Buy Schemes, Life Time ISA’s, transfer of part, remortgage, transfer of equity, new build, and lease extensions.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys travelling, spending time with her cockapoo and watching true crime documentaries.
