We would like to begin by thanking all clients for their patience, support and understanding during these challenging times.
As the “new normal” begins to kick in all staff at Battrick Clark are committed to continue working to a high standard to ensure all matters progress smoothly.
We have conducted risk assessments for our staff and our clients and wanted to take this opportunity to update you as to our progress.
We are beginning to open our offices and more staff are returning to work. To ensure the safety of our staff, we are continuing to work from home on a rotation basis. This allows us to keep a 2 metre distance in the office meaning our staff are kept safe whilst ensuring we are providing the best service to our clients. However, this may mean that staff are not always available when you call the office. If you call the office to talk to one of our staff members who is working from home then we will arrange for the staff member to return your call.
We are now able to allow clients to attend our offices to provide ID and signed documents, where applicable. We kindly ask that clients maintain a safe distance and they will be asked to remain at the door to our offices.
We have also begun using a new system to enable shielding clients to conduct their ID checks electronically and would be happy to discuss this with all clients should they not want to attend our offices.
During the pandemic, our staff have become familiar with all types of video conferencing, such as Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or Facetime and we will continue to hold meetings virtually to ensure the safety of our clients at all times. We are still not allowing meetings to take place in our office.
We are able to provide all services to our clients and are maintaining the highest level of service.
